Today, nearly three out of four young people do not meet the recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity. In an era dominated by screens and sedentary habits, most children spend the majority of their waking hours inactive. While fitness facilities are widely available, few are intentionally designed to engage, develop, and retain youth — especially those who are not already athletes. TRIBE was created to close that gap. Through structured, coach-led training built specifically for ages 7–18, we provide consistent movement in an environment that is safe, encouraging, and developmentally appropriate. Each session is designed to strengthen the body, build mental resilience, and instill habits that extend far beyond the gym.

Due to space limitations and to preserve a focused training environment, we do not recommend in-class observation. Our training floor is intentionally designed to minimize distractions and maximize coach-to-athlete engagement.
However, parents are always welcome to check in with our front desk team, speak with coaches before or after class, and schedule a dedicated conversation if they would like feedback on their child’s progress.
We prioritize transparency — just in a way that protects the integrity of the session.
Our coaching team has extensive experience working with youth of all ability levels from beginners with no structured activity background to advanced teens.
We program intentionally with built-in progressions and regressions. Every movement can be scaled up or down to ensure:
• Proper technique
• Safe loading
• Confidence-building
• Appropriate challenge
We coach the individual within the group setting.
Every athlete is supported at their level while still feeling part of the team.
Safety is our highest priority, both physically and mentally.
Physically:
• Age-appropriate programming
• Proper movement instruction before load
• Close coach supervision
• Controlled training environment
• Structured warm-ups and mobility
Mentally:
• Encouraging, respectful culture
• No comparison-based coaching
• Positive reinforcement
• Social-emotional skill building
Our goal is not just to build stronger bodies, but more confident, resilient young people.
No. TRIBE is a progressive program, but development is individualized. Each child progresses based on their current ability, confidence, and movement competency — not simply attendance.
Our coaches meet athletes where they are and adjust appropriately. While consistency yields the best results, missing a class or two will not cause a child to “fall behind.”
Growth in TRIBE is measured by mastery and confidence, not comparison.
Check-in is located at the front desk upon arrival.
Drop-off options:
• Front entrance (upstairs studio access)
• Back entrance (Ultra studio access)
For youth who do not drive:
• Parents/guardians must ensure timely pick-up
• Coaches remain present for a short transition window
• We ask that pick-up occurs promptly at the end of class to maintain structure and staff scheduling
We value punctuality as part of the discipline and respect we teach within the program.
